This program is 12 months long
The Health & Fitness Program is safe for people that have medical conditions such as: Angina, Hypertension (Controlled), Asthma/Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD), Diabetes type 1 & type 2 (Controlled) , Overweight/Obesity, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Depression, Stress, Musculoskeletal conditions (Knee, Hip, Shoulder replacement/pain), Bipolar Disorder, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Mild to Moderate Pain, Rheumatism, Crohns Disease, Menopause, Stroke.

5 health and fitness assessments
(One at the start and at 3 months, 6 months, 9 month and 12 months)
150 x One to One Personal Training Sessions
3 personal training sessions per week for 12 months
